Island Life Pool and Spa LLC is a Florida corporation originally formed by Edward Beauchaine (Florida State Licensed General Contractor and Pool Contractor) and James Raysbrook (Successful Businessman). Mr. Beauchaine and Mr. Raysbrook are the owners of Island Life Luxury Homes, Inc. They build five to ten custom homes per year in the $1mil to $5mil range in the Tampa Bay area. During their 30+ years of combined construction experience they have supervised over 100 pools for themselves and their clients. Many times they were less than satisfied with the quality of work and lack of scheduling that many pool contractors had. They decided to create a pool company that would live up to their high standards. They formed Island Life Pool and Spa with the intention of becoming "The Premier" pool company in the Tampa Bay area. With the addition of Anthony Caliguire (experienced construction estimator) as an owner/partner we believe we have the best team in the area to provide our clients with excellent products and service.
