The steps in our superior pool construction process

We build permanent in-ground pools with steel and fiber mesh reinforced "shotcrete" (concrete applied as a high-force spray). Shotcrete has high strength, durability, low permeability, excellent bond and limitless shape possibilities. Every step of the construction process is monitored by our owner and licensed contractor. All of our construction exceeds County codes. Example: our pool shells consist of 5,000psi concrete where the County code only calls for 4,000psi. The construction process is thoroughly scheduled in conjunction with site inspections of all work completed. We take great pride in completing most pools within 60 days of permit. Most warranty service is handled the same day or next day.

First, your estimator will meet with you and the supervisor at your home to stake out the pool area.

Once you have approved the pool layout we will excavate the pool area.

Next the plumbing, electrical and steel reinforcement is installed.

Then, the shotcrete is applied to form the pool "shell."

Pool tile installation and interior surface finishing.

Finally, during the start-up phase, we add the water and chemicals to your pool and provide you with any paper work for your pool equipment.
